About the School

Randers Social & Healthcare College (Randers Social- og Sundhedsskole) is a Vocational Education Centre with departments in Randers and Grenaa.

Every year around 800 pupils follow our programmes and courses at the school. The permanent staff consists of 100 persons working with teaching, administration and service.

Our three main educations are Social and Health Care Helper, Social and Healthcare Assistant and Childcare Assistant. We primarily teach within the fields of health, care and pedagogy. The school offers both basic programmes, main programmes, supplementary training courses and preparing courses for the unemployed.

At the main programmes the pupils have education agreements with local or regional municipalities. The programmes alternate between school and apprenticeship. The pupils are mainly admitted through quotas.

Pupils can start at the basic programme at the age of 16 and continue their secondary education at one of our vocational educations mentioned above.
